Insolvency Analysis

The trustee can often find himself or herself with the tricky burden of proving insolvency. MMS can assist the trustee by reviewing and reconciling debtor records to reconstruct financial statements, taking into account the fair-market value of the debtor’s assets and factoring in all liabilities whether stated, understated or undisclosed. MMS has extensive experience in looking at fair market value analysis and reviewing timelines to determine insolvency and pinpoint time of insolvency.
