Preferences – MMS Certified Public Accountants (MMS) can recover and review financial records in whatever shape they’re in. We organize and analyze these records, identify suspect transactions and document our analysis in an easily digestible way, so the trustee can quickly determine whether to proceed, who to proceed against, and how to do it best.
Fraudulent Conveyances – MMS investigates and identifies possible insiders, analyzes transfers and takes pains to determine insolvency at the time of each transfer. We are experienced in interpreting public records, deeds, motor vehicle records, tax returns, banking records, financial statements, accounting records, depositions, and interviews with current and former employees, accountants and spouses.
Post-petition Transfers – MMS assists the trustee in identifying and recovering transfers of estate property made after the declaration of bankruptcy and helps to uncover undisclosed assets.
